What are your candles and wax melts made of?
Our candles and wax melts are crafted from 100% natural soy wax. Each ingredient is chosen to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn.
Do you offer scented candles?
Yes, we offer a wide range of scented candles. Our fragrances range from floral and fresh to earthy and woody. All our scents are derived from high-quality fragrance oils.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, using sustainable sources for our wax and wicks, recyclable packaging, and non-toxic fragrances.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website, via WhatsApp or our Instagram page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cash on pick up or delivery and direct bank transfers. PayPal however is only available for checkout in the currencies USD and CAD. Any XCD currency check out accepts all major cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship locally in St.Lucia via local Post. As we expand our operations we will be shipping to Canada and the USA.
How is local shipping calculated?
Shipping via the General Post Office is done through registered mail. With this service you will receive a tracking number. The cost for shipping is based on weight. During check out the items purchased will have an accumulated weight which will determine your shipping fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Local shipping time is generally between 3-7 business days. Pick up is available 24-48 hours after order is placed. You will be notified when available. Deliveries are done on Thursdays only currently.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How should I burn my candle safely?
Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of the reach of children and pets. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Why do the tops of my candles look bumpy after burning?
You might notice that after your candle cools, uneven tops occur. That is totally normal because we use all-natural soy wax and that is one of its characteristics. This won’t affect the performance of your candle.
Why is my candle not burning to the edge?
Fun fact: this is called tunneling. Candles start to do this when a full melt pool has not reached the edge of the vessel. When you light your candle allow the wax to melt long enough to have an even layer, edge to edge.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.
Do you offer candle accessories?
Yes, we do. Visit our accessories page for the list of all available candle care and enhancement accessories.
Can I create a custom candle for a special event?
Absolutely! We offer custom candles for events like weddings, birthdays, or corporate gifts. Contact us to discuss your needs and options.

Are your candles tested on animals?
All our products and ingredients are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
